Personal Training is based on a trusted relationship between you and your coach, along with the goals that will get you to where you want to be. Your coach will provide undivided focus in getting to know you, your strengths and your challenges, with a high level of accountability. A safe and effective individualized program will guide your movement patterns, progress in strength and offer measurable results with nutritional recommendations. It really does work!
Group training is where students join in a large and energetic group. Your coach’s attention will be spread across a number of students, but expectations for correct form and safety do not change. In a group you’ll still get correctives based on your body’s ability, as well as progressions for higher fitness levels.

Tactical Strength Challenge
The Tactical Strength Challenge tests the three primary types of strength; absolute strength using the deadlift, bodyweight-relative strength with pullups, and cardiovascular endurance through kettlebell snatches. The three events test a unique trade-off between these abilities. While larger participants may have an advantage in the deadlift, lighter participants have an advantage in pullups, and the kettlebell snatch tests all participants equally. We train two times a year for this unique challenge and have tons of fun while doing it!

Owners Shaunna and Will Baldyga are a husband and wife team that bring a simple style to coaching, with 20 years of experience. Building relationships with each and every client allows this coaching duo to bring out the very best in students. Moving well, moving often and remaining injury free is of great importance.
