In a group you’ll still get correctives based on your body’s ability, as well as progressions for higher fitness levels.

Drop-ins welcome!  First timers, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start of class. For the latest scheduling information, call or message us.

Tactical Strength Challenge

The Tactical Strength Challenge tests the three primary types of strength; absolute strength using the deadlift, bodyweight-relative strength with pullups, and cardiovascular endurance through kettlebell snatches. The three events test a unique trade-off between these abilities. While larger participants may have an advantage in the deadlift, lighter participants have an advantage in pullups, and the kettlebell snatch tests all participants equally. We train two times a year for this unique challenge and have tons of fun while doing it!

Shaunna and Will

Owners Shaunna and Will Baldyga are a husband and wife team that bring a simple style to coaching, with 20 years of experience. Building relationships with each and every client allows this coaching duo to bring out the very best in students. Moving well, moving often and remaining injury free is of great importance. Students will benefit from StrongFirst kettlebell principles, Functional Movement Screening and Ground Force Method practices.

Run Well Coach and b.Well instructor Eric Davis is a ‘do it yourself’ kind of guy. Eric is always willing to help others and loves to have fun. Eric believes that coaching is a combination of teaching, learning and sharing experiences.
